Notice version: 23 October 2026. This is the application’s technical privacy notice. The deployment owner must add their legal identity, contact details, retention policy and applicable terms before public launch.
Public calculator
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. Changing the quote or account currency sends those two currency codes to this app’s rate endpoint; the server requests daily reference rates from Frankfurter. Your equity, risk limits and price levels are not sent to that provider. Server infrastructure may retain ordinary request logs under the deployment owner’s policy. No marketing or analytics cookies are added by this application.
Browser-only broker configurations
Saving a browser configuration is optional and requires an explicit action. It stores instrument contract settings, cost estimates and the configuration name in this browser’s local storage. Account equity, risk amounts, entry, stop and target prices are excluded. These copies are accessible to anyone using the same browser profile; do not include credentials or personal account numbers in their names or references. They are not synchronized or automatically uploaded to Supabase. Remove individual copies or clear all copies from the public calculator, or clear this site’s browser storage. Account deletion does not remove browser copies on this or other devices.
Your account
If you register, Supabase stores your email and authentication credentials. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. Your profile, preferences, saved trade plans, account assumptions, journal and consent records are stored in the configured Supabase PostgreSQL project. These records are protected by owner-scoped database policies and server identity checks. Authentication uses essential session cookies.
Creating an account requires accepting this privacy notice. Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox that starts unchecked. You can revoke it in Settings; consent changes are recorded. No email marketing delivery service is integrated.
Export and deletion
Use the CSV export buttons for saved plans and journal entries. Settings includes account deletion with password reauthentication. It removes your identity and owned records through database cascades when the deployment’s deletion service is configured. If unavailable, the deployment owner must process deletion through Supabase administration. Backups and infrastructure logs follow the owner’s separate retention policy.
No broker access
The app does not ask for broker credentials, connect to trading accounts, synchronize balances or execute orders. Account and journal values are manually entered. Do not enter broker secrets or other sensitive credentials in notes or specification sources.
Before production launch
The deployment owner must publish a contact method for access, correction and deletion requests, identify any additional processors and regional transfers, configure retention and backup deletion procedures, and review this notice for the actual deployment. This notice does not assert legal compliance for an unidentified operator.
